Chris has a 30+ year career in corporate finance and M&A for technology and business services companies, both as an investment banker and as an operational c-suite executive. Having worked with firms such as Lehman Brothers, New Century Capital, FFTW, and ClickIPO, Chris has facilitated over $750+ million in transactions for lower middle market and emerging growth stage companies primarily in the FinTech, Telecom, Network Services, Software and Digital Media industries.

James Jones

James has an esteemed 25+ year background coming out of the Telecom/RF/Server/Semiconductor industries heading up global sales/EMS initiatives with firms such as Flextronics, Benchmark and Sanmina. Over his career, James has secured over $2 billion in Global Contract Awards, completed $100+ million in Tech Turnarounds and facilitated over $200 million in RF Divestitures.

Jacques Fradet

Jacques is a hands-on Operations executive, leveraging a cross-functional background that includes Finance and Engineering.  He has held Vice President roles with strategic global responsibility for Supply Chain and Manufacturing at both Inseego and Kyocera.  With a specialization in telecommunications, Jacques has successfully completed turnarounds by implementing holistic, transformational process changes that have impacted both the top and bottom lines.

Francesco Ledda

Francesco is a world renowned engineer and expert in optical and wireless design and strategy. Spanning a 30+ year career, Francesco held senior executive positions with Nortel in Optical Systems Engineering, followed by a long standing role with Flex (Flextronics) as its its VP of Global Systems Engineering and subsequently its VP of Wireless and Optical Strategy.
